Michelle Bou-Samra is a pharmacist who, “has been there, done that” and joined JR.Pharmacy in March 2007. Michelle has successfully managed and owned a large pharmacy and understands:
- How to manage and maintain up to 50 people efficiently and effectively.
- How to manage both small and large pharmacies.
- How to category manage for profit and customers.
Michelle is JR.Pharmacy’s Consulting Retail Pharmacist, and works either in conjunction with JR.Pharmacy partners or independently to assist Pharmacy owners implement any of a broad range of improvement initiatives (eg category management, dispensary workflow) developed by Michelle and JR.Pharmacy.
Michelle is actively involved in all areas of the profession representing pharmacists’ on numerous Boards and Committees to ensure that pharmacy practice at the coal face is reflected in policy development.

Nicole Bright has completed both her Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Management, along with the Chartered Accountant requirements to become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Nicole Bright has four years experience in Pharmacy Division and previous to that in the retail environment. Over the past 4 years, Nicole has supported our pharmacy clients in their use of the internally hosted Greentree service while also acting in an accounting role. More recently, Nicole has been working with businesses in the installation of, configuration of and training in the Greentree system for their business.
