Bruce Annabel is a leading authority on the financial aspects of community pharmacy management and his work on the development and analysis of key performance indicators for pharmacy profitability is highly regarded within the industry.
A respected and entertaining speaker at industry conferences for Aust. Institute of Pharmacy Management and other industry groups, Bruce has been prominent of late in his work with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia and AIPM in the development and presentation of the GST Education Seminars, and most recently in the development and presentation of the AIPM-Alphapharm Business Planning Seminars.
Bruce is an enthusiastic triathlete, and has competed at both National and International level.
Bruce is married and lives in St Lucia in Brisbane.

Teresa Hooper has over 25 years working experience in both the commercial and professional fields. Her past business roles have given her a broad view on all aspects of operating businesses on all levels.
This experience has contributed to her breadth of knowledge which makes her ideally suited in her role in assisting businesses to develop management skills and advise them on matters of financial reporting, computer applications and general business practices.
Teresa has worked closely in the pharmacy industry during the last six years and has more recently moved in to specializing in IT solutions for small business.
Her membership of the AIPM Queensland Chapter Committee allows her to give direct input into management issues affecting pharmacy.
In her spare time, Teresa is raising two children, and after that even the most complex business issue becomes a snap.

Mark Nicholson is the managing partner of JR Pharmacy (a division of Johnston Rorke Chartered Accountants). Professionally, Mark is a Fellow of ACPPM, and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Securities Institute of Australia.
Mark is both well known and highly regarded in the pharmacy industry for his work done in assisting pharmacists to develop financial management skills. He is often sought after for his expertise in helping pharmacists establish agreements with medical practices as well as to restructure/incorporate/develop their pharmacy.
Mark has a reputation for delivering practical retail management advice which helps his clients increase both turnover and profitability. This industry insight and business expertise is regularly on display in various national pharmacy publications.

Norman has been an invaluable member of JR’s Pharmacy Division and has conscientiously supported our clients during that time.
Norman joined the JR Pharmacy Services Division in 2003 and became a partner in 2006. Prior to his time with JR, Norman spent eight years with an international accounting firm specialising in a retail industry.
Norman brings together wide ranging knowledge of accounting and taxation for small to medium businesses as well as strong commercial experience by staying in touch with the latest pharmacy industry trends, government regulations and consumer demands. This enables Norman to provide detailed advice and recommendations to the division's clients to improve their financial returns.
Norman joins Bruce, Teresa and Mark in providing unique pharmacy and retail services to our clients in the pharmacy division .
