JR Partners - Corporate Services
Jason is senior partner of our Audit & Assurance Division.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Business, and is a Registered Company Auditor.
Jason joined JR in 1995 after commencing his career in a large international accounting firm, and became a partner in 2002.
Jason has over 17 years experience in auditing of listed public companies in Australia, including International experience with a major London based firm.
With a focus on public company financial reporting issues, and a thorough knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, Jason is able to deliver a high quality and cost effective outcome for this market environment.
Additionally, Jason supports our Business Services Division in a variety of audit based work relating to:
- Self Managed Superannuation Funds;
- Large private companies;
- Trust accounts;· Building Services Authority, and
- Government grants.
Jason is married with one daughter.

Katrina became a partner in our Audit and Assurance division in July 2005. She commenced her career with a large international firm in 1995 and joined JR in 2001.
Katrina completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in 1992 and Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1994, both from the University of Queensland. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Registered Company Auditor.
Throughout her career Katrina has worked in audit, specialising mainly in external audits of corporate clients, with experience also in internal and external audits of government entities. Since joining JR she has been involved in the audits of a several of our ASX and NSX listed entities, as well as, a number of due diligences.
Katrina has been seconded for short periods to the US twice in her career, most recently to New York with JR. During those times she was involved in a number of SEC registrant entity audits.
Katrina enjoys travelling and the occasional wine tasting.

Clark is the head of technical and financial reporting matters within our Audit & Assurance division.
He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a registered company auditor. He commenced his career with an international firm in 1981. After completing his degree part-time (6 long years) and after completing PY he joined JR in 1988 and became Partner in July 1998. He regularly presents in house and external seminars on changes in financial reporting in capital cities around Australia. He has also spent some time on secondment in the United States assisting in the audit of US listed companies.
He is married, with a young family, and enjoys reading, travelling and collecting classic cars.

Ross is the firm's managing partner and also leads the firm's corporate advisory practice.
Ross joined JR in 1985 with both international and local corporate experience and became our youngest partner at the age of 28. Ross worked for a major international firm for seven years including over two years in the USA. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants and specialises in corporate advisory, equity and debt raisings, corporate valuations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and expert reports.
Ross is well regarded in the corporate finance arena. He is among a small group of Australian accountants to have successfully listed a company on the NASDAQ.
