We have been involved with the public capital raisings and listings of a number of companies on the Australian and overseas exchanges.
Our first major assignment was in 1986 when we acted as Investigating Accountant in the Palmer Tube Mills Float. Since then, we have helped list local companies such as Data #3, Progen Industries, Peplin Biotech and Micromedical.
Corporate advisory takes our practice offshore with consulting assignments originating out of London, Hong Kong and the USA.
