As Hardcat firmly believes in utilising the best technology they have integrated the latest palm based barcode readers from Symbol for use with the barcoding module. Their touch screen control and graphical user interface makes them very user friendly, allowing even a novice to successfully complete asset auditing and data capture tasks.
Users can create standard maintenance tasks and enter all relevant information (e.g. qualifications required, safety precautions, estimated time/cost, parts required). Tasks can be assigned either on an individual asset basis or by an entire class of assets.
Hardcat brings all details of assets, problems, solutions, people, actions taken, costs and down time into one single screen, allowing for efficient and systematic problem management.
The image/file storage capability assists in identification of special assets such as works of art where other methods such as ID labels may not be practical.
Hardcat's Depreciation module features a flexible and user definable export journals function, allowing it to integrate seamlessly with your General Ledger software.
