JR.Bizlink Business Tools
The client services section of JR.Bizlink.com.au is intended as a self service support tool for our clients, improving the level of support and reducing the cost of support to you.
We have added a page of Frequently Asked Questions for quick reference to some of our clients more common support requirements.
A Helpdesk database will be established to allow users to quickly search all relevant support calls and log a request for support with the JR.Bizlink support team directly via the internet. This will enable us to quickly respond to your query, and them make your support experience available to all JR.Bizlink clients.
We have also placed a series of visual demonstrations, that, like an instructional video, will demonstrate the use of some of our tools and applications.
Our Excel based tools are also in the process of being upgraded to true internet based applications, and these will soon be available under the Tools menu.
